IKEv2 VPN connection problem

I'm trying to establish a tunnel using ikev2，The vpn server is a routeros, and using certificate authentication.After reporting the error, the error code 2144206814 is returned.

I would like to know what this error code means, or how I can handle it. The error message currently translates to "The length of an array that must contain at least one element is zero", which makes me confused.

Please let me know if more information is needed, thank you very much.

    Hello,

    Based on the information you provided, I suggest you check the following steps first:

    1. Run "ncpa.cpl" to open Network Connections.
    2. Open Properties of the VPN connection.
    3. Open General tab and mare sure that Host name or IP address of destination is set correctly.

    1. Open Security tab and make sure that Type of VPN and Authentication are selected correctly.

    In addition, I can provide another error message, the event id displayed is 20227，error code is -2144206814。
