We would like to inquire as below about the cause of the inability to connect to our Agent program on the Windows 11 version.
<Problem>
- Install and run our Agent program on your Windows 11 PC (Installation and execution complete)
- A USB connected device (card reader) to a Windows 11 PC and our server (our website) cannot be connected through the agent.
<What we learned>
- All things being equal, there are no above issues at all on Windows 10 PC (Difference: Different operating system versions)
- Not all Windows 11 PCs are unable to connect, and some PCs are unable to connect.
- Confirm in advance that the device connected via USB is recognized in the device manager of the PC.
- Assume that security settings or network settings that were not present in Windows 10 have been strengthened in Windows 11 and are unable to connect.
