We purchase Windows Server Datacenter 2022 Core License via our CSP partner. The product key has been added to our products section here https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/subscriptions

The product key in our client portal is coming back as a standard edition key rather than datacenter when activating:

2024-04-10 02:03:41, Info                  DISM   DISM Transmog Provider: PID=6928 TID=6952  Found product key REDACTED J - CTransmogManager::InitializeProductKey

2024-04-10 02:03:41, Error                 DISM   DISM Transmog Provider: PID=6928 TID=6952 Product key is keyed to [ServerStandard;ServerStandardACor], but user requested transmog to [ServerDatacenter] - CTransmogManager::ValidateTransmogrify

2024-04-10 02:03:41, Error                 DISM   DISM Transmog Provider: PID=6928 TID=6952 [Upgrading system]: The specified product key is not valid for the target edition.

We have raised two support requests, but support says they cannot help us. Our CSP partner also raised a support request via partner support, and they are not getting anywhere either.

Who at Microsoft should we contact to upload the correct product key we purchased to the portal?
