Hello Raphael Cano1 ,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
If you purchased a legitimate copy of Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition but cannot find the serial number, here are a few places you can check:
- Inside the DVD Case: Often, the serial number (or product key) is printed on a label inside the DVD case itself. Check all inserts and the back of any manuals or paper included in the packaging.
- Email Confirmation: If you purchased the software online, the serial number might have been emailed to you. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for any emails from the retailer or Microsoft.
- Retailer Account: If you bought it from an online store, log into your account on the retailer's website. Check your order history or any provided digital content/downloads. Sometimes, the product key is accessible directly through your purchase history.
- Retailer Contact: If you purchased it from a physical store or an online retailer and cannot find the serial number, contact the place of purchase. Provide them with your purchase information, and they might be able to assist you.
5.Microsoft Support: If all else fails, you can contact Microsoft support. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, and they may be able to provide you with a replacement product key.
If your purchase was legitimate and from an authorized reseller, they should be able to help you resolve this issue.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
