Hello on Microsoft server 2022 I need to configure this
Configure RDP Settings for the SSL Certificate:
Remote Desktop Services Manager. RDP-Tcp properties under Connections. General tab, select Edit next to Certificate. Select and choose the certificate from the list.I cant access Remote Desktop Services` Manage

These configuration settings might be on an older version of the server. On server 2022, we can deploy cetificate by going to TASKS -> Edit Deployment Properties->Certificates if you have a remote desktop connection broker (RDCB).
If you don't have an RDCB, you can still deploy the certificate via group policy. Please follow these detailed instructions: Configuring Remote Desktop certificates - Microsoft Community Hub
