A little over a year ago (1 year and almost 3 months) you released the Teams Linux client. Since then not many features have been added, even features that used to be there have been removed!! The client has also never made it out of preview status.
I would be interested to know when we can expect a full featured client.
A month a ago we had 3,410 votes on this UserVoice (https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40324324-keep-the-linux-client-up-to-date-with-the-latest-f), meanwhile there are 3,874 voices and still no comment from Microsoft. It's just frustrating and slowly but surely it's getting ridiculous.
In addition, @Marian Javorka - MSFT where is the roadmap?

Update 2021/05/04: more than 5,050 votes and 834 comments. The UserVoice was created on May 2nd 2020 so it's been over a year now!!!! We had features like 3x3 grid or blur background BUT for some reasons, Microsoft won't enable them for the Linux client even though they work fine.

It's amazing how you guys solve issues. Instead of just implementing the missing features as requested in the initial voting, after more than a year Microsoft comes up with another idea. Let's just close the voting with too many votes and ask the people to vote again on separate votings, wow thats highly impressive. That helps people which have to deal with an outdated Linux client a lot. Thanks for nothing!

The Linux client seems to have regressed quite a bit. Whenever I attempt to switch over as a guest to another organization, the client automatically switches back. This started happening several weeks ago. I've been forced into the web browser but this is not ideal.
I think there is no interest from microsoft to release all the features to the linux client. Only that!
So they are able to maintain a competitive advantage for the windows client.
Yesterday, April 27, during a system instability, it was possible to enable the blur effect of the camera when entering a meeting through my linux client. No more instability, no more blur effect.
Isn't Microsoft just saving the necessary update.

As a developer in a department that uses Linux for our development flow it's extremely frustrating to not be able to follow in the same way our colleagues in other departments using Windows. Please bring a full featured client to Linux ASAP! Or just starting with improved grid view would be nice!

It's very frustrating. Based on communication of the last 3-4 months, it feels like we can call it abandoned.
I really wanted to believe that MSFT was committed this time.
