Microsoft continues to send business users to Services Hub (microsoft.com) for support but online complaints as long as 2-years ago show the site errors out before the form can be completed? I and colleagues at my company have been trying to get support for business but calls to Microsoft are automated to redirect you to an online for that never allows completion. Why is this?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to service hub support.

According to the Microsoft website, users experiencing issues with the Services Hub support site can try below steps:

    1. Use your registered email address to sign in to Services Hub. Navigate to the Help Menu, then select Contact Services Hub. Complete the Contact Services Hub form it takes you to, then select Submit to finish submitting your help request.
    2. Fill out the form and provide a detailed description of the issue.
    3. Before you select Submit, review any recommended solutions if they're available. Screenshot that shows the Services Hub "Contact Services Hub" form.
    4. If the recommended solutions do not solve your issue, click "Submit" to send your request.
    5. You'll receive an automated message with your support ticket details.

Additionally, you can contact your IT admin to check your account status and ensure there are no underlying issues preventing you from accessing the support site
