    Hello    Ashok Subramani,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

This error message indicates that the Remote Desktop Services deployment is not configured or installed on the server. To resolve this issue, you will need to install and configure Remote Desktop Services on the server.

Here are the steps to install and configure Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server:

    1. Open Server Manager and select Add Roles and Features.
    2. Select Remote Desktop Services installation and click Next.
    3. Choose the deployment type that you want to install and click Next.
    4. Select the server that you want to install the Remote Desktop Services role on and click Next.
    5. Select the Remote Desktop Services role services that you want to install and click Next.
    6. Review the installation summary and click Install.
    7. Once the installation is complete, configure Remote Desktop Services by following the steps in the Remote Desktop Services Configuration Wizard.

After completing these steps, you should be able to connect to the server using Remote Desktop.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
