Ive tried opening hyper V but when i start it up after logging in with microsoft it just shows me the background where the login should be

I just had started up hyper v and went through the process of logging in and installing windows, but when i finally finished and tried going to the main login screen that you get after you start you pc up, it was just the blue background.
