    Hello,

Please try running an in-place repair upgrade. This will fix any corrupt system files, run updates, and upgrade to the latest version of Windows 11 (which would be 24H2).

You can use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, the Windows 11 ISO, or the Media Creation Tool. All three of these options will get you to Windows 11, version 24H2.

To use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, download theWindows 11 Installation Assistant and then run it. You should see some prompts telling you about Windows 11 and what it'll install. Let it download and install 24H2.

To use the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool, download theWindows 11 Media Creation Tool, and run the MCT. Once it finishes loading, push "Upgrade this PC Now". Let the MCT install the Windows 11 installation files, and then let it check for updates, and then let it install Windows 11.

To use the Windows 11 ISO, download the Windows 11 ISO, (you can find ithere, scroll down to where you see ISO for Windows 11 x64 devices), mount it, and then run setup.exe (if you see a UAC prompt, push yes). Follow the prompts on-screen and then let setup.exe update and install Windows 11, 24H2.

All of these steps will get you to 24H2 and will take a while to install. It's best to do this at night when you're not doing anything important. Just make sure to save your files before you start.

Hope this helps, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know!

    Hi,

I'm a little confused by your build version. Is it really 8775?

    I'm currently on 23H2 and build .22631

Does this mean you have a very outdated version?

As far as know prior versions to 23H2 have reached end of support so you won't receive updates.

Can you share a screenshot from WINVER?

If you have a version prior to 23H2, you need to upgrade to version 24H2, which is currently the official release.

I look forward to your response.

    Levi

Hope you have a nice day, and thank you for the updates.Regarding Windows 11 23H2, none of them (Pro/Enterprise edition) is end of service yet:Windows 11 - release information | Microsoft LearnBased on the screenshots you provided yesterday. The one still failed is on Win 11 23H2 Pro edition, while yours and the OK one (most likely) are on Win 11 23H2 Enterprise. So for those failed Win 11 23H2 Pro, you may have to export the registry from an OK Win 11 23H2 Pro, then import it again.

Please try that and let us know the outcome, thank you for your cooperation

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

First, let me clarify a few points that seem confusing.

I mentioned that versions "prior" to 23H2 are end of support like 22H2 and earlier.

Also I'm not sure what screenshots you are talking about because I didn't provide any. I was asking if you could send me a screenshot from WINVER.

Now, regarding your issue, I don't think that I will be able to assist you. Your devices are part of a company domain and you seem to be communicating with Mircosoft directly for updates to be rolled out. The answerers here are "home" users providing peer-to-peer support mostly for "home use" devices.

I recommend speaking again to the Microsoft representative you have been communicating with.

I will try to escalate your case to a Microsoft agent and maybe you will receive more helpful answers from them.

    Best Regards,
