How to authenticate users to WPA3 Enterprise using Certificate AND Password too?

I've configured WPA3 Enterprise WiFi that connects to our RADIUS server.
I have configured the Network Policy Server to use Smart Card or other cert and I've connected to the WiFi using a cert issued by the AD.
Also I have configured the NPS to use PEAP and then I've connected to the WiFi using my AD user/pass.

Is there a settings to configure both and the client could only authenticate using BOTH the certificate AND the user/password too?

    Hello **** Balás Botond Barna

In a typical WPA3 Enterprise Wi-Fi setup, users are generally required to authenticate using either a certificate OR a username/password, not both simultaneously. This is the standard behavior for most enterprise network configurations.

The process can be complex. You will need configure your RADIUS server to accept both methods and issue user certificates from your Active Directory. Set up the Network Policy Server (NPS) to allow dual authentication, create the necessary network policies, and configure your Wi-Fi access points to request both a certificate and a username/password during authentication.
