The way I found a solution to this problem was by first being able to install GPEDIT.MSC on my Windows 11 Home computer by following the instructions in this article posted on ANSWERS.MICROSOFT.COM " How to Enable the GPEdit.msc on Windows 10 and 11 Home?"
Once the Group Policy Editor was installed and functioning on my Windows 11 Home computer, I then proceeded to follow the instructions in another very helpful article that I found posted on WinTips.org "FIX: Windows 11 24H2 Cannot Access Network Shares (0x80070035)" by executing Method 1: Step 1 on both of my Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Home computers, which unfortunately failed on "THE NETWORK PATH NOT FOUND CANNOT ACCESS NETWORK SHARES (0x80070035) ERROR".
I then proceeded to try Method 1: Step 2 as the article suggested on both of my Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Home computers, which I am very glad to report "WAS SUCCESSFUL"!!!
Finally, I continued to update my remaining Windows 11 computers with GPEDIT.MSC and then performed Method1: Steps 1&2 on each of them which has resulted in their ability "TO ACCESS THEIR NETWORK SHARES".
Finding these two articles has been the best "CHRISTMAS PRESENT' I could hope for and hopefully my post will be of some help to someone else who might be experiencing this problem.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to ALL
