    Hi Shia Reiss,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

    I. Confirm upgrade status

    Check the Azure portal:

Log in to the Azure portal and check your subscription status and upgrade status.

In the Subscriptions section, select the subscription you are trying to upgrade and check if its current status is Pay As You Go.

Clear cache and restart your browser:

Sometimes the browser cache or the temporary state of the Azure portal may cause display errors. Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser to check again.

Second, check account and subscription information

    Confirm account permissions:

Ensure that the account you are logged into has the permissions to upgrade your subscription.

If you are an administrator or a user with appropriate permissions, you should be able to perform the upgrade operation.

    Check subscription details:

In the Azure portal, check the details of the subscription, including its current limits, quotas, and used resources.

Pay special attention to check if there are any restrictions related to vCPU quotas.

    Best regards

    Neuvi

I have tried these steps and not had any change.

Please provide a screenshot as to where I should see the update in my subscription to show that I am swapping from free to pay as you go?

I see nothing on my subscriptions dashboard that explains that.

I have clicked through the 'upgrade' plan step a few times now and waited, but not had it make any difference to the work I'm trying to do using ACR tasks.

The only way I got this to work was to totally delete my subscription and create a new one that was Pay As You Go
