    May work in lab or test environment but I would not use in production environment, its unsupported by Dell per below link, system also lacks TPM 2.0 for BitLocker functions if you plan on using that.

    EDIT:

    I do personally have a T430 running server 2022 in test lab, and it has issues with Matrox display driver. It keeps crashing and breaking RDP/Screen Connect access so be aware of that possibility.
