    Hi Daisy,

I have had this blue screen often, perhaps the last one year.

    What could be the reason?

This is a 5-6 year old Acer laptop I am talking about. The other systems in the home does not have this particular issue. This one would Restart when I Shut down.

    1. Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your computer and press F8 (or Shift + F8) before Windows starts loading to enter the Advanced Boot Options menu. Select Safe Mode.
    2. Remove or Roll Back the Faulty Update:
      • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and locate the Falcon sensor driver files.

    Hi FroggyWQ,

If you are talking about the world wide outrage, it was caused by a third party company.
