WIndows Activation Problem

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I need assistance with reactivating my Windows 10 Enterprise. Here are the details of my situation:

1. I received a laptop from my university that came pre-installed with Windows 10 Enterprise, which was already activated out of the box as part of a program for outstanding students.
2. After a few months of usage, I encountered an issue and had to reinstall Windows 10.
3. By mistake, I installed Windows 10 Pro instead of Windows 10 Enterprise.
4. I subsequently changed the version from Pro to Enterprise, but now it shows that Windows is not activated.
5. I do not have the original product key for Windows 10 Enterprise.

I have tried the following steps:

• Checked the activation status in the Settings app.
• Ran the Activation Troubleshooter, which did not resolve the issue.
• Ensured that I am signed in with the Microsoft.

Could you please help me reactivate my Windows 10 Enterprise? If you need any additional information or documentation from my university, I am ready to provide it.

Hello Abdullah Soomro,

in your case, you can try a phone activation. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Type "slui 4" (without quotes) and press Enter.
3. Select your country or region from the list and click Next.
4. Call the telephone number provided and follow the instructions to activate.

Please note that during phone activation, you may need to provide your product ID number and some other information so that a Microsoft customer support representative can verify your license.
