Hi,
Is there any detailed error message when you start the Hyper-V VM? Have you made any recent changes to your system or installed any new software?
Also create a new VM with the same configuration, attach the virtual hard disk of the old VM to it and see if the new VM can start normally.
Confirmed, after years of use it just flat out broke. wont start. wont export. wont revert. nothing but error after error. Can not even move the directory either
