I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Cisco Packet Tracer on your Windows 11 laptop. Have you tried running the program in compatibility mode? To do this, right-click on the program icon, select Properties, then click on the Compatibility tab. From there, you can select an earlier version of Windows to run the program in compatibility mode.
