I've got side tracked and it's my understanding that I've been hacked or in the process of being hacked all my computer reads is: It's asking me to enter a Bit key ID and Bit key code.I the both. The computer is only asking for the Bit key ID and the Bit key code over and over . But, the bit key ID and Bit key code worked, then it would return to the first command of inserting the Bit key ID and Bit key code. The individual that was preforming each command to get the computer back online.stopped and said you'll have to get in contact with IT. What am I suppose to do now?

Hello John Jones -student number 21267568,

thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.

It sounds like your computer is asking for a BitLocker recovery key, which is used to unlock a BitLocker-encrypted drive when the normal unlock method is not available. If you do not have the recovery key, you will need to contact your IT department for assistance. They will be able to help you recover your data and resolve any issues with your computer. It is also important to ensure that your computer is protected with up-to-date antivirus software and that you are using strong passwords to prevent future security breaches.

    Best regards,

    Lei
