Document Sets

Hello everybody,

I have 2 SharePoint servers with 1 site collection each

sp.prod.de/sites/Prod and
sp.test.de/sites/Test

On sp.prod.de/sites/Prod

the document set works and it doesn't work on sp.test.de/sites/Test.

I tried it on a second sitecollection on sp.test.de/sites/Test, but it still doesn't work.

The error message I get when I try to create the document set is, "the page you are looking for does not exist" (see screenshot).

Which settings can I still make here?

Hi @Christian Ebert ,

Per my understanding, you are using SharePoint 2019.
Document Set is s content type, based on that you have two different Site Collections, the Document Set needs to be set separately for each.

Per my test, I’m not able to reproduce your issue. Does the Page not found error message appear immediately after you click the New Document Set Button or somewhere else?
Would you like to share more information about your custom content type in details for further research?

And you could also try to:

1. Check if there is an issue with this content type.
2. Delete it from the library and add it again.
3. Recreate a content type and add it to the library to test if it works.
