    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

Yes, Windows supports WPA3 encryption and you can configure it using Group Policy (GPO). To set up WPA3 settings, you'll need to have Windows 10 version 1903 or later, as WPA3 support was introduced in this version.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I do know that it's supported in Windows 10+, I've made it work importing WPA3 profiles from .xml files.

What I need is actual documentation that shows how to configure it using group policy. There's no authentication option to select WPA3 in when creating a Wireless Network Policy.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

Are you using Windows Server 2016? According to my search, Windows Server 2016 does not support WPA3 configuration via Group Policy. You may need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows Server to configure WPA3. How can I enable WPA3 in Windows Server 2016 GPO?" - Microsoft Q&A

    Hello,

    Yes, I’ve seen that also,.

Is there some specific documentation that shows in what version it’s definitely supported in and how to configure it? There’s very clear info on how to configure wpa2 but nothing on wpa3.

    Thank you.
