    Hi,

    Please first check the current state of the virtual machine in Hyper-V manager. If it's saved, select "Delete Saved State" from the Action menu and restart the virtual machine. If it still fails, create a new virtual machine and attach the virtual hard disk (vhd or vhdx file) of the current VM to it.
