Outbound Connections for Activating RDS License server and Installing RDS Licenses.

I would like to install RDS license server, active License server and install RDS Licenses on a VM. All outbound connection from the VM need to go though a proxy server. I need to whitelist URL in my proxy server.

May I know if https://activate.microsoft.com is enough for all the actions I listed above? If not, could you share the required URLs?

    This URL allows you to install and activate the RDS license server and install the RDS license through your Web browser.

    In addition, you can contact the Microsoft Clearinghouse by telephone. The Microsoft Clearinghouse is the facility that Microsoft maintains to activate Remote Desktop license servers, issue RDS CALs to license servers, recover RDS CALs, and deactivate or reactivate license servers.
