Unplug the charger and let the battery drain completely until the device shuts off.
Recharge the battery to 100% without interruption.

Visit the ASUS Support website and enter your device model to check for any available BIOS or firmware updates.
Follow the instructions to download and install any updates.
Use ASUS Battery Health Charging:
If your device supports it, use the ASUS Battery Health Charging feature in the MyASUS app to manage your battery's health and charging behavior.
