Trying to purchase Microsoft Professional Support (5-Pack) and I am not able to find the link

    Hello,

    To submit a request online for an on-premises product, sign-in to  Support for Business using a Microsoft Account (MSA) or Microsoft Entra Directory account, complete your one time profile, and from the Manage support requests page click +Create a new support request.

    You may follow the steps outlined in New On-Premises Support request

    Please note: The 5-pack is not available in all regions. You are recommended to purchase a single

    incident unless you are sure all incidents purchased will be used within 1 year.

    This is so useless if you need professional help with data security team.

    If you’re account is giving 500 errors from Microsoft when you authenticate, it’s not like you can log in to open a ticket and get to paid support.

    And if you call they are unable to get you to paid support.

    So effectively, if Microsoft’s servers have an error you are screwed
