You can try resolving the issue using the following methods:
- Confirm with the IT support team that the VPN is correctly configured, especially regarding access to external services.
- Ensure that the VPN client software is up to date and free of any known bugs or issues.
- Open the network settings and manually add DNS server addresses.
- If the above methods are ineffective, contact the company's IT support team. They can check the VPN server and network configurations to ensure there are no rules or policies blocking access to Office 365 and Azure.
- Disconnect from the VPN and check if you can access Office 365 and Azure directly. If you can, the problem might be related to the VPN.
- Try connecting to the VPN in different network environments to rule out local network issues.
