Windows Server 2022 Evaluation, Fehler 0xc004f050 beim Produktkey

    Hello  Thomas Goldbeck,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

This error code 0xc004f050 usually indicates that the product key you're trying to use has already been activated on another device or is invalid.

Here are a few things you could try:

    1. Make sure that you're entering the product key correctly, with no typos or mistakes.
    2. Check if the product key you're using is valid and has not been activated on another device. You could try contacting Microsoft support to verify the product key.
    3. Try activating Windows again after waiting for a while. Sometimes, the activation servers can be overloaded, which can cause activation issues.I think you've alreadyreceived this message.
    4. If none of the above solutions work, you could try resetting the activation status of Windows by running the "slmgr.vbs" command in an elevated Command Prompt. To do this, open Command Prompt as an administrator, type "slmgr.vbs /rearm" and press Enter. Then, restart your computer and try activating Windows again.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
