We are having issues connecting to Server 2019 with a specific username. The user is a new active user setup when the connectivity issue started on another user account for the user. WIth the original user account, we were unable to map a network drive. That account was deleted and a new one set up. Now the new user is unable to login. The login error shows domain not available...make sure device is connected to your orgs network. BUt other existing users can login from the same Windows 10 client computer.

There may be a configuration or setting specific to the new account that is causing the problem.

Verify that the new user account has the necessary attributes configured correctly. Specifically, check if the user's account properties are set up properly, including the User Logon Name and User Principal Name (UPN).

Confirm that the account is a member of the correct security groups with the necessary permissions for network access. Compare the group memberships of the A2 account with those of other working accounts.

Yes, it is a new user account created on the server. This new user account was unable to connect from any other computer connected on the network. When trying to login, getting the domain is not available error msg. The cache for user logins was also set to zero on the server.

    Hello Jeff Gilst

Have you tried using an account that has never been used to log in to this server to check if it can successfully log in? This is because existing users may have cached credentials on this Windows 10 client.

    Thanks,

    Karlie Weng
