Print function in windows10 Photo app not working

This is a pretty unique scenario, but it seems a lot of our staff use the print to pdf function in windows 10, for instance they get a .jpeg sent to them in an email, open it in the photo app, and print either to a pdf to save it, or to print out.

The unique scenario is, the print function stops working after an account migration, from one domain to another.

The quick print function works ok, but the actual print button in the photo app wont, it just closes immediately when it should open the print dialogue box

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Photo App.

    1. Check Settings/ Devices/ Printers and scanners, check the printer you are using is set as default.
    2. Search for Apps&features, locate Photos in the list, click Advanced Options, click reset to reset this app.
    3. Right-click on a .jpeg file. Choose Open with and select Windows Photo Viewer. Check if printing works from there.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
