Never buying again
I will never buy another Microsoft product in my life. This laptop has locked me out twice with this bit locker in the passed 2 years. Support from a real person is impossible to get. I’ve had to wipe my computer again. I will sell it and I will always use apple from now on, the laptop Inspiron 7200 2n1 will be the last Microsoft product I ever own. Trash company, no support. Very difficult to find any solutions.

2025-01-14T08:07:09+00:00 Hello My Card,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with your Microsoft product.
If you lost your BitLocker recovery key, please follow the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support. But unfortunately, Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
If you want to turn off BitLocker, you can follow the steps in Turn Windows BitLocker on or off - Microsoft Support.
Best regards,
Lei
