Hallo Friends,

I have in my company a server, where many computers and users are connected to.

Since last week I am noticing that, on a computer, wenn I am logging in through one of the user's account (After entering the username and password) , there is a delay of 2 Minutes, although the other users can successfully login directly after 2 seconds on the same computer, where the problem is.

I have checked some comments on the Microsoft-community about the same issue with another Person, but none of them has helped solving my problem.

Hast anyone maybe a solution or did you already have this problem ??

Thank you so much in advance and I hope that I get suggestions or solutions as soon as possible.

With best regards,

Zardasht

    Hello,

    First confirm your current question:

Does the login process involve Remote Desktop Services (RDS)? Identifying this helps us narrow down the problem, as RDS may involve different login processes and user configurations.

We can view the application log and system log in the Event Viewer to see if there are any errors or warnings related to login. Before viewing the query, enable Display Analysis and Debug logs.

We look forward to hearing from you and will continue to help you resolve this issue.

    Best regards

    Jacen
