Try disabling automatic restart on system failure in order to check if we can receive any error messages.
Here's how to do it:
1: Use startup and recovery settings
- Press the WIN + R combination to launch the Run utility
- Type sysdm.cpl and press Enter to launch System Properties
- Click on the tab named Advanced and under the section labeled Startup and Recovery, click on the "Settings" button.
- Under the "System Failure" section, uncheck the option labeled "Automatic Restart."
- Click OK, then Apply, then OK again
- Restart your computer now for the changes to take effect
2: Use a command prompt with administrator-level permissions
- Press WIN + X and click Command Prompt (Admin)
- Then click "Run as administrator".
- Now, type the following command to disable automatic restart on system failure: Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure: wmic recoveros set AutoReboot = False
- Type exit and press Enter to exit the command prompt.
- Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
3: Use advanced startup options
- Launch "Advanced startup options" www.minitool.com
- Click Troubleshoot.
- Click "Advanced Options".
- Click Startup Settings.
