    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    • Is it a local server or a virtual machine?
    • Operating system version?
    • Is it normal in safe mode?

You may need to collect a dump to analyze the root cause of the hang.

    Restart File Explorer:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

    Check for Resource Usage:

In Task Manager, check if any processes are consuming high CPU or memory. If so, consider ending those tasks.

    Clear File Explorer Cache:

Open Run (press Windows key + R), type %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations, and press Enter.

Delete all files in this folder and restart your server.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to look into more specific logs or consider updating your server to the latest patches and updates.
