Server 2019 DHCP Statistics Wrong

I have 2 server 2019 Datacenter Server Core running DHCP in a hot failover configuration. Several of the scopes are showing a high number of leases in use int the scope statistics box.

In my case right now it is showing

  • Total Addresses = 490
  • In Use = 353 (72%)
  • Available = 137 (27%0
  • Addresses Available (This Server's pool) = 113
  • Addresses Available (Partner Pool) = 24 (4%)
  • Addresses granted (This Server's pool) = 353 (72%)
  • Addresses granted (Partner Pool) = 0

When I look at the address Leases for this pool there is only 35 Leases

My Confusion comes from why are the statistics so far off and will this affect the DHCP Servers ability to hand out these ip addresses?

I ran some powershell against the server

get-dhcpserverv4lease -ComputerName XXXXX -ScopeID xx.xx.xx.xx

This returns 35 leases

What am I missing here? Is there a bug in Server 2019?
