Safe mode password

hello my pc boot proprely so I loaded into startup safe mode but I can see or use the option as it asks for a password which I put in and try to unlock but it says wrong password even tho its correct, I did reset my password to retry it and still it doesnt work

16gb ram
i3 9100

    the thing is im locked out because every time I try to boot windows its either a black screen or it just restarts himself till the safe mode comes up so there Is no way for me to reset it in any way or shape because if that safe mode thingy comes up my only option is to give my password or restart the pc which it doesnt help and I did reset my password to be safe I type it right and no. the microsoft and windows password doesnt work

    i cant im totaly locked out of windows i cant boot into windows nether access the startup recovery options

    well uh never mind i accidently deleted some partitions of my drive and now the entire disk wont boot i think ill just copy all the data on my other drive and format it
