Hello,Salsabila Asyifa
Thank you for your reply,
In response to your BitLocker issue, all we can do at this point is help you find a recovery key.
- Find the key through AD, this program requires your machine to be domained in advance and configured with the policy in the figure, otherwise the recovery key will not be uploaded to AD.
- Through Microsoft and Azure accounts, we recommend you to look for all the accounts you have logged in on this machine to find the correct recovery key.
- If you previously managed recovery keys through MBAM, you can refer to the following documentation to find the keys:
Perform BitLocker management with MBAM 2.5 - Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack | Microsoft Learn
In addition, because your machine has suffered physical damage, so the correct BitLocker key may not be able to decrypt the SSD, and after decryption may also generate garbled code, resulting in the inability to read the data, it is recommended that you contact a three-party data recovery vendors to help you to recover the data in the SSD!
