Windows server 2019 - rds

Hi, I have Windows Server 2019 updated with the RDS feature installed and configured, there are 29 users connected, but this error appears once a day.

The connection was disconnected because the session timed out.

There is no GPo configured for this purpose.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

    Hi

Have you looked under "Applications and Services Logs" > "Microsoft" > "Windows" > "TerminalServices" for any entries related to session disconnections or errors?

Was this issue only occurred to specific users or affect all user? are there any patterns when the error occurs? For instance, are there specific actions or applications they are using when the session timeout error appears?

    Hello Elvio Jr.

Have you made any adjustments through the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration?

It's also worth reviewing the following Group Policy Objects:

    Thanks,
