By configuring DFS access rights, you can precisely control which users or groups can access specific folders. This is an effective way to hide folder contents and ensure that only authorized users can see them.
Open the DFS Management Console.
Navigate to the DFS namespace that contains the target folder.
Right-click on the target folder and select Properties.
In the Security tab, configure the appropriate permissions to ensure that only authorized users or groups have access.
Ensure that the security policy of the DFS server is properly configured to prevent unauthorized access.
