Hi,

We are sharing files between servers in a domain network.

now we move one server from the LAN zone to DMZ zone.

previously its in the same zone so we could access or file sharing easily.

After we moved to another zone, it shows we can't sign in with credentials because your domain is not available.

we can able ping from lan to dmz

how to solve this problem.

Thanks

SATYA

    Hello,

Based on the information you provided, I suggest you try the following methods to see if the problem can be solved:

1.Try removing protect users group. Press Win + R and put lusrmgr.msc in Run dialog box and click OK. In lusrmgr snap-in, click Users > Protected User > right-click and choose Delete.

2.Press Win + R and put secpol.msc in Run dialog box. Click OK to open Security Policy snap-in.Then in security policy snap-in window, navigate here:

Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options

In the right pane of Security Options , look for the Policy setting named Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache (in case domain controller is not available). Double click on it to modify its value. Finally, set the value to 0, which means Do not cache logons. Click Apply followed by OK. Close the security policy snap-in.

    3.Restart your computer.

    Best Regards

    Zunhui
