Unable to reschedule my microsoft azure certification, the link which redirected me doesn't show me any certification and appointments to reschedule

I started the exam but couldn't move to questions page because of backrground app running i couldn't resolve issue and in the meantime i got notification to reschedule my exam but i was Unable to reschedule my microsoft azure certification, the link which redirected me doesn't show me any certification and appointments to reschedule. Under certification in my microsoft account it was empty

    This is not the correct Community to post about Microsoft exam issues.

    I can offer some suggestions:

    1. Make sure you are signed into the correct account. If you are signed into the wrong account you will not be able to manage any exam or service you signed up for.
    2. If you are unable to manage your exam and its schedule, please visit How to contact us for support. The exam is probably delivered by Certiport who would be in charge of your exam delivery and scheduling.
