- Make sure you are signed into the correct account. If you are signed into the wrong account you will not be able to manage any exam or service you signed up for.
- If you are unable to manage your exam and its schedule, please visit How to contact us for support. The exam is probably delivered by Certiport who would be in charge of your exam delivery and scheduling.
