I am wondering, if I can provide hints (in terms of a words) to Speech to text service along with the audio (.wav) file, so that it may help the service to transcribe the audio to text more accurately. Please let me know.

I was looking for something like this too. Is this not what "phrase lists" are for?
Phrase Lists are used to identify known phrases in audio data, like a person's name or a specific location. By providing a list of phrases, you improve the accuracy of speech recognition.
