How to configure NLB cluster ?

I'm trying to configure NLB cluster in Windows Server 2022 running on HPE DL360 servers. But when I try to add the 2nd server in the cluster it isn't being configured left with incessantly asking for Administrative privileged account logins although I used correct administrator account (the 1st server is done successfully without asking this.) .

    Hello,

    It is known that host B cannot be added on host A. Let me confirm the following information with you.

    1. What account did you use to log in to host A?
    2. Please check on machine B whether the account you entered on A has the corresponding account permissions in the local admin of B.
    3. Can you test by creating a new account on B and giving it all administrator permissions to see if you can add b on a.
    4. Can you try to restart machine A to see if it works normally.
