I never had to do this before. i have already uninstalled and reinstalled both printers and it worked fine then the next day both stated offline even though they are connected to the Wifi. I have brother L8900CDW wifi and Epson ET-4850 Wifi had them for years and this has never happened until this week

    Hello,

It sounds like there may be a connectivity issue between your printers and your WiFi network. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Make sure your printers are connected to the same WiFi network as your computer or device. You can check this by printing out a network configuration page from each printer.
    2. Restart your WiFi router and try reconnecting your printers to the network.
    3. Check to see if there are any firmware updates available for your printers. You can usually find these on the manufacturer's website.
    4. Try resetting your printers to their default settings and reconnecting them to your WiFi network. If none of these solutions work, you may want to contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
