    Hello,

To turn off IEEE802.1X authentication, you can refer to the following steps:

    1. Right-click the Start menu and select Computer Management. After opening the Computer Management window, click Services, find the Wired AutoConfig and WLAN Autoconfig services in the list on the right, and check whether they are running. If not, start them.
    2. Right-click the network icon and select Properties. In the pop-up window, click Change Adapter Settings, find the Ethernet icon, right-click and select Properties. In Authentication, uncheck "Enable IEEE 802.1X Authentication" and click "OK" to save the settings.

I hope the above information is helpful to you.

    Best Regards

    Zunhui
