RDS 2016 RemoteApp fullscreen issue

Good day,

I am having an issue where one of our applications does not launch in full screen properly.

This causes an issue where the mouse pointer is not aligned properly and you have to click slightly above the option you want to select.

See attached image.

I tried following the suggestions in the post below, but those KBs are no longer available.

Hoping someone out there have had this before and solved it somehow.

    Hello Viaan Du Plessis

Did you verify in the Microsoft Update Catalog whether you found the necessary KB updates?

Have you attempted to modify the display settings using the Remote Desktop Client?

    Thanks,

    Karlie

    Good day,

This is a RemoteApp published via RDWeb.

We wave multiple apps and collections, but only this one app is giving the issue.

According to this article, I need to install KB4013429 but it is no longer on the MS Update Catalog https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1943300-rds-2016-remoteapp-not-going-correctly-fullscreen

    Good day,

It's possible that the update has been superseded by a later update, or it may have been replaced by cumulative updates.

Have you tried updating your Remote Desktop Services client to the latest version?

Does the issue occur on all client devices or just one?

If it occurs on all client devices, there might be a compatibility issue. Compatibility issues can cause display problems even if the client-side settings are correct.
