    Hello,

To provide you with a more tailored response, I would like to confirm the following details:

    1. Is your account a personal account, or is it a work/school account? Specifically, is it a Microsoft Entra ID account? If it is a work account, has your organization deployed Windows Hello for Business?
    2. Are you using the built-in Windows Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe), or have you downloaded the Remote Desktop app from the Microsoft Store?

Your clarification on these points will help me assist you more effectively.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards

    Karlie Weng
