    Hello,

We understand your issue regarding Windows 10 being unable to be discovered by Network Neighbors.

You can try the following options to see if it works:

First, you can set the computer's network type to "Private Network" so that devices on the same LAN can see each other.

Make a Wi-Fi network public or private in Windows - Microsoft Support

    "Win+R">>Type: regedit

Expand the "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters]" items in turn.

Right-click the mouse in the blank space on the right and select the "New"-"DWORD Value (32-bit)" item from the right-click menu.

Then rename the newly created DWORD key to "AllowInsecureGuestAuth",

At the same time, change its value to "1" and click "OK" to complete the setting operation.

Note: 64-bit systems also need to add a 32-bit dword value.

Next, right-click the "Network" icon on the taskbar and select the "Open Network and Sharing Center" item from its right-click menu to enter.

Click the "Change advanced sharing settings" button in the upper left corner to expand the "Guest or Public" section.

Check the "Enable network discovery" and "Enable file and print sharing" items, and click the "Save Settings" button.

Allow related services through the firewall. Win + R to open the search box, type "firewall.cpl", press Enter to open the firewall management interface in Control Panel, click "Allow an application or feature through Windows Defender Firewall" > "Change settings" on the left, and then Check "File and Printer Sharing" in the list and click "OK".

    Then start the "Server" service:

"Windows+R">>Type: services.msc to enter the "Services" interface.

Find the "Server" service, right-click and select the "Properties" item.

Set the "Startup type" to "Automatic", click the "Start" button to start this service, and click "OK" to complete the setting.

See if this can be fixed.

Hope the above information can help you.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
