    Hello Francesca Bella,

it sounds like you're experiencing several issues with your portable PC. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot these issues:

    1. Check Device Drivers: Ensure that all the necessary drivers for your mouse pad, volume control, and GPU are installed and up-to-date. You can do this by going to the Device Manager and checking for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark.
    2. Update Windows: Make sure your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, updating Windows can resolve hardware compatibility issues.
    3. BIOS/UEFI Settings: Check your BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure that all hardware components are enabled. Sometimes, certain features like the touchpad or GPU can be disabled in the BIOS/UEFI.
    4. Adaptive Accessories: If you're using any adaptive accessories, make sure they are properly configured. For example, the Microsoft Adaptive Mouse and other accessories can be customized to work with your setup.

If none of these steps work, there might be a hardware issue. In this case, you might need to contact the manufacturer for support or take your PC to a professional for repair.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Lei
