Windows hanging issue

Hi Team I'm Facing hanging issue with windows enterprise version and i have tryed all the solution but issue is not resolved can please help.

The program explorer.exe version 10.0.19041.4239 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to hang.

  1. Try boot into sfae mode and check if the issue fix:

Start your PC in Safe Mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+del to open task manager, restart explorer.exe in task manager
  2. Hard drive, RAM, video card, or another hardware can also cause a computer to lock up. Try update drivers, check if there is driver confliction, and uninstall 3rd party anti-virus softwares.
  3. Try check if press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" together when the machine hangs. If press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" together can open task manager, check which process is unresponsive and end that task.
