    Hi John Perumallapally,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

There are a couple key points to note here:

mssecurity-noreply@microsoft.com, which is typically an automated email address where security-related notifications are sent by Microsoft, is not an interface or account where you can change settings. This means that you can't change any settings, including recipient email, directly at this address.

Change the context of the recipient address:

If you are receiving emails from “mssecurity-noreply@microsoft.com” in one of Microsoft's services (e.g., Outlook, Azure, etc.) and want to change the recipient address of those emails to a new helpdesk email, then what you need to check is the email forwarding, rules, or notification settings rather than changing the sender settings directly.

    Possible solution:

Set up rules in Microsoft services: Log in to your Microsoft account (e.g. Outlook.com, Office 365, etc.) and look for the “Rules” or “Mail Forwarding” option in Mail Settings. Set up a rule to forward all emails from “mssecurity-noreply@microsoft.com” to your new helpdesk email address.

    Best regards

    Neuvi
